Dexamethasone Side Effects

The side effects listed below do not know who takes this medication. As for side effects, risks and benefits of this medication with your doctor. His health may be able to help you deal with some effects. The following side effects may go away as your body adjusts to the medication, contact your doctor if they persist or bulky.
 
Fair:
  • increased appetite
  • indigestion
  • nervousness or anxiety

Rarely or rare:
  • darkening or lightening of skin color
  • dizziness or lightheadedness
  • redness of face or cheeks
  • hiccups
  • increased sweating
  • sensation of rotation

Talk to your doctor as soon as possible if any side effects occur:
 
Rarely:
  • decreased or blurred vision
  • frequent urination
  • thirst

Rare
  • Standard
  • Emotions
  • a false sense of well-being
  • hallucinations
  • Depression
  • false sense of self-importance or abused
  • mood swings (sudden and wide)
  • Anxiety
  • rash or hives
The following side effects may occur while taking this medicine for a long period. Tell your doctor if any side effects occur:
  • abdominal pain or abdominal pain or burning (again)
  • Acne
  • bloody stools or black, tarry
  • blurred vision
  • eye pain
  • filling or sanding of the face
  • headache
  • irregular heartbeat
  • menstrual problems
  • muscle cramps or pain
  • muscle weakness
  • nausea
  • pain in the shoulders, back, hips, legs, ribs, arms or
  • reddish-purple lines on arms, face, groin, legs, trunk or
  • redness
  • sensitivity of eyes to light
  • inhibition of growth (in children)
  • swelling of feet or lower limbs
  • watery eyes
  • The thin, shiny skin
  • Difficulty sleeping
  • unusual bruising
  • An unusual increase in hair growth
  • tiredness or weakness
  • vomiting
  • weight gain (rapid)
  • wounds that do not heal
Other side effects not listed above may occur in some people. Tell your doctor if you experience side concerns that the use of this drug.
